American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in San Nicolas de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales. You will apply AEO Customer First standards, keep the store neat, and assist customers with trends and styling.

You will build brand loyalty through loyalty programs, share product knowledge, and process transactions quickly while maintaining cash control. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Formación

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative and able to work well in a team.
• Open to feedback and able to take appropriate action.
• Able to stand, move, and handle products for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards in order to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through being knowledgeable about all AEO loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Leverage company tools and technology to provide the customer with product knowledge to enhance engagement and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees through knowledge sharing and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends based on the customer’s style.
• Promote awareness and growth of the AEO and aerie brands by introducing customers to additional brand channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately following cash control procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure returns are restocked correctly; label and place damaged merchandise appropriately at end of shift.
• Maintain brand standards of a neat, clean, organized floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment while following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
