You will drive brand loyalty through knowledge of AE loyalty programs, perform transactions accurately, stock and restock merchandise, and support a collaborative team environment while adhering to company policies.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage tools to provide product knowledge and enhance customer engagement.
• Provide support to fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to proper locations and label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with leadership support.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
