You will role model AEO values, provide knowledgeable service, keep the store neat, and help customers find key looks. You will use technology to share product information, participate in inventory tasks, and support team goals while upholding policy and brand standards.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a team and receive feedback.
• Proficiency with technology and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs.
• Leverage tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns and label damaged merchandise per policy.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
