American Eagle is actively seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our Cuernavaca location. You will drive sales by combining friendly, knowledgeable service with efficient operations and a well-presented store environment.

You will represent the AE brand and its loyalty programs while supporting team members and ensuring high standards of customer care and sales execution.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Utilize store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support peers with knowledge sharing and task completion.
• Assist customers in selecting outfits and suggesting looks based on style and promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and guide customers to additional channels.
• Handle register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label/label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with customer satisfaction in mind; collaborate with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
