Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to generate sales.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and brand channels.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Assist and support teammates to complete tasks and assist in interactions.
• Recommend outfits and trends based on customer style.
• Operate register transactions accurately following cash procedures.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage merchandise from shipment through replenishment and markdowns.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
