You will drive brand loyalty, stay informed about loyalty programs, assist customers with product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to hit daily goals while adhering to cash handling and SOPs.

Formación

• Previous retail experience required or preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Able to receive feedback and act on it constructively.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and create a positive experience.
• Inform customers about loyalty programs and AE brand channels.
• Provide product knowledge and use company tools to engage customers.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in tasks.
• Suggest looks and trends based on individual customer style and promotions.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately following cash procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and maintain store standards.
• Maintain neat, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy and escalate with leadership when needed.
