Responsibilities

• Drive brand loyalty through knowledge of AE loyalty programs.
• Use store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Provide support to colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks based on their style and trends.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and cross-channel opportunities.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to floorsets and replenishment, following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with leadership on escalations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
