American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Ecatepec de Morelos, Mexico. You will drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a neat, well-presented store environment.

You will promote AE loyalty programs, provide product knowledge, and support teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience across shifts. The role emphasizes teamwork and customer-first interactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

Previous retail experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.
Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
Ability to receive feedback and act on it.
Proficient with technology and able to use store systems.

Responsabilidades

Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
Leverage store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
Outfit the customer with key looks based on their style and current promotions.
Maintain neat, clean, and organized store floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
