American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Mexico to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales. You will use brand knowledge to assist customers, process transactions, and maintain a neat store environment while embodying AE values.

You will support teamwork, participate in merchandise replenishment, and promote AE loyalty programs. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest key looks and current promotions based on customer style.
• Promote AEO and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately according to cash procedures.
• Restock returns to the correct location and label damaged merchandise properly.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise flow from shipment to floorsets and replenishment SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and in partnership with store leadership.
