American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales at our location in Mexico. You will represent AE values, maintain a neat store, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.

You will promote the AE and Aerie brands, inform customers about loyalty programs, process transactions efficiently, and help keep stock and merchandising up to standards while supporting the store team to meet daily goals.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about benefits.
• Handle transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness across the floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Assist in shipment processing, floorsets, replenishment and stock organization.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and advocate for customer satisfaction.
