American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to generate sales through an exceptional shopping experience in Colima, Mexico.

You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while keeping the store neat and well-presented, and model AE values for a positive Customer First experience. The role emphasizes converting interactions into sales, supporting team initiatives, and maintaining brand standards across the store environment.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs and benefits.
• Leverage tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and incorporating current trends.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands across channels.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Ensure returns are restocked and merchandise is labeled and filed properly.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle shipment, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy, aiming for satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
