American Eagle in Mexico operates retail stores offering casual apparel. The Sales Associate delivers exceptional shopping experiences, drives sales, keeps the store neat and presentable, and models AE values in every interaction.

You will learn loyalty programs, assist customers with product knowledge, process transactions quickly, restock merchandise, and support the team during busy periods while maintaining brand standards.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.

• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive experience and daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest key looks and promotions based on customer style.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and guide to additional channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations; label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and backroom SOP.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to replenishment with efficiency.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy and involve leadership as needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
