You will process transactions, assist teammates, and ensure stock accuracy while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.

• Comfort with using technology for sales and POS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs and benefits.
• Leverage tools and product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
• Provide support to teammates by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks and customer interactions.
• Assist customers with outfit selections and styling based on individual style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Ensure merchandise is restocked to correct locations and that damaged items are properly labeled.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
