Qualifications

• Must be legally entitled to work in Mexico.
• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma with 1-2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships and provide solutions to maximize freight potential.
• Monitor on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments to optimize transit times.
• Enter customer orders into the system and track loads for operations.
• Obtain approval for accessorial charges and spot rates.
