J.B. Hunt in Querétaro seeks a Customer Experience Representative to execute customer freight orders, ensuring on-time deliveries and exceptional service. You will foster strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, billing accuracy, and load status updates.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with a background in customer service or sales, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be legally entitled to work in Mexico.
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 1-2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred).
• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer-centric mindset with professionalism under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Promote positive customer relationships by engaging regularly and providing solutions to meet needs and goals to maximize freight potential and growth.
• Monitor and support on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing.
• Respond to internal and external customers requesting information by checking load status and resolving problems to achieve satisfaction and minimize service failures.
