Responsibilities include processing orders, responding to inquiries, and supporting account managers. 1–3 years' relevant experience and University degree are preferred; MS Office and data tracking skills are essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or database software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process orders/purchase write up.
• Follow up on production-ready dates with the supplier.
• Maintain close communication with the team for approvals.
• Support Account Managers / Traders with specific accounts.
• Answer customer inquiries.
• Log contact information into CRM and track issues.
• Assist with contracts, call offs, orders and delivery confirmations.
