Confidential in Mexico City is seeking an entry-level Account Support Rep Asc. to handle daily account interactions and order processing for assigned accounts. You will monitor orders and customer problems, and coordinate with the account team to ensure efficient end-to-end operations.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication in English, with French as a plus. Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Purchasing or related field.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate under pressure managing multiple accounts and demanding situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an effective manager.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Comprehensive spoken and written English.
• Comprehensive spoken and written French if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Order processing for assigned accounts including reviewing accuracy and documentation.
• Manage Salesforce queue for the team and reassign complex cases to senior reps.
• Request SKU creation and maintain Special Pricing SKUs in customer portals.
• Handle RMA and CRB requests from start to finish and follow up on completion.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries such as ETA requests, invoices, and shipment tracking.
• Open order management for issues like holds, POs, and vendor invoicing deadlines.
• Assist with Marketplace Portal setup and ongoing maintenance per customer requirements.
• Maintain communication with account team and ASRs for smooth end-to-end operations.
• Manage incoming/outgoing calls per customer or team needs.
• Provide quotes for EUC equipment and identify upsell opportunities.
• Take on other projects as the department needs.
