INNTECI - QUID - BGWI in Mexico is seeking a Junior Customer Service/Operations assistant to service external and internal customer needs and actively participate in the operation process. The position requires a University Degree and 1–3 years in a similar role, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM/order processing systems.

You will liaise with Account Managers, Traders, and customers to ensure timely orders and clear communication, including data logging and issue resolution.

Formación

• University Degree
• 1–3 years in a similar role preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service, commerce, local logistics environment is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process orders/purchase write up.
• Follow up on production-ready date with the supplier.
• Close communication with the team for approvals.
• Support Account Managers / Traders with specific accounts.
• Answer customer inquiries.
• Communicate issues/challenges.
• Assist Sr. Trader, Sales Executives, and Commodities/Account Specialists by logging information into CRM.
• Work with contracts, call off, order and delivery confirmations, and delivery notes.
