INNTECI - QUID - BGWI in Zapopan, Mexico is seeking a Client Success Representative to ensure exceptional service for clients managing global operations. The role focuses on building strong relationships, proactive follow-up, and coordinating client needs with logistics teams.

You will maintain records, prepare status reports, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while communicating clearly in English. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years’ experience in client success or logistics are preferred;

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Advanced English and strong relationship management skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for inquiries and updates.
• Monitor and manage client orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery through various logistical channels.
• Track and oversee the status.
• Conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns and offering solutions proactively.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order statuses, and feedback to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Prepare and share regular status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
