INNTECI - QUID - BGWI seeks a Client Success Representative to ensure exceptional service for clients managing global operations. The role emphasizes relationship management, proactive follow-up, and seamless coordination of client needs.

The ideal candidate will excel in detailed, organized work, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid work model (1 day WFH). English fluency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, logistics, or a similar role.
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in any professional role (related experience not mandatory).
• Proficiency in English (advanced).
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact for inquiries and updates.
• Monitor and manage client orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery through various logistical channels.
• Track and oversee the status.
• Conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns and offering solutions proactively.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order statuses, and feedback to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Prepare and share regular status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
