Qnity in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Intern to support Customer Service and Pricing activities. This role provides operational support in order processing, pricing requests, and data management while collaborating with a global team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree and have strong English, Excel, and organization skills. Experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus; you’ll work with CSR, CSA, and Pricing teams to improve processes.

Formación

Advanced English (written and spoken).
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organized.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance.

Responsabilidades

Support order processing activities and follow-up with CSR/CSA.
Assist in consignments management and tracking.
Create and maintain Open Order Reports (OOR).
Support pricing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls (SOX).
Assist with invoice submission in customer portals.
Help identify discrepancies in orders, pricing, or customer requests.
Document processes and support updates to SOPs and job aids.
Maintain and update files and databases (Excel, SharePoint).
Support continuous improvement initiatives within CSA, CSR and Pricing teams.
