Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Mexico is seeking a proactive CRM Intern to support the Account Management team for Mexico and Central America. You will gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and operational processes within a global organization.

Responsibilities include preparing reviews, maintaining records, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting reporting and documentation.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, 6th or 7th semester, available for 12 months minimum.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist CRM Account Management team in preparing customer account reviews and business proposals.
• Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with CRM and Finance teams on BVIs and activities.
• Support end-to-end agreement and documentation processes before service start.
• Coordinate meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations on account performance.
