Siemens is seeking a Project Support Specialist in a hybrid role based in Mexico. You will serve as the primary contact for Project Managers, ensuring customer needs are met while managing expectations to sustain strong relationships.

Formación

• Proven customer or sales support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide post-shipment support to Project Managers.
• Coordinate with warranty and customer support to order and track parts.
• Monitor open orders and warranty parts shipments to sites.
• Follow up with warranty teams on outstanding orders.
• Problem-solve to resolve customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Document and manage issues using project management tools.
