The role includes managing customer service processes, project operations, and building lasting relationships with clients. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin and either Spanish or English, currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated.

Formación

• Fluency in Mandarin is essential; Spanish or English fluency is required.
• Currently a university student in Mexico or relocating back to Mexico (or recently graduated).
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Keen commercial curiosity and a desire to learn about business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to negotiate and influence at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer experience and high‑quality customer service.
• Manage project operations and oversee overall project risk.
• Establish and continuously optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Design customer operations strategies to improve efficiency.
• Execute customer operations and CRM configuration.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Support Key Account Managers in developing customer credit/payment terms.
• Handle customer after‑sales cases and track issue resolution.

Conocimientos

Fluency in Mandarin
