Qualifications

• Active university student in final two to three semesters.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Digital Media or related field.
• Availability to work half-time.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Based in or able to work hybrid in Mexico City.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of events, webinars, conferences, and partner activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues and sponsors; manage timelines and run-of-show.
• Develop and adapt social media assets and copy; publish event content.
• Support marketing programs and demand generation activities across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel Partners and leadership; manage multiple priorities.
