Mondelez Mexico is seeking an experienced production supervisor to manage on-floor operations and ensure production plans are met with high efficiency, quality and safety standards. You will lead a ~100-strong team across rotating shifts.

The role requires TPM knowledge, SAP experience, and a proven track record in improving line performance and teamwork. Join a company with a long-standing manufacturing heritage.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Food, Chemical or related field.
• 4–5 years of supervision on a manufacturing floor.
• Experience leading large teams (+50 people).
• Experience using SAP inventory modules.
• Knowledge of TPM.
• Familiar with production metrics: OEE, efficiency, scrap, downtime.
• Knowledge of BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Willingness to rotate shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production plan execution to meet targets for efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and optimize resources.
• Coordinate line starts, format changes, and planned stops.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and food safety standards.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of about 100 employees.
• Monitor payroll timekeeping, vacation, leaves and incidents.
• Use SAP to control and track inventory movements.
