Stripe is seeking a Commercial Solutions Program Manager to own the end-to-end programmatic development of commercial and GBS launch readiness programs that drive revenue for Stripe.

Programs have a large scope and impact in nature, including owning the development and support of first-of-its-kind commercialization efforts, ongoing program support (pre- to post-launch), custom deal support related to the program, ownership of related enablement and communications, as well as acting as a change

Formación

• BA or BS degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics.
• 7+ years of experience in program management and commercial strategy.
• 5+ years in direct commercial pricing model program management, deal management, and pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead large-scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs with Stripe-wide impact.
• Manage programs requiring substantial resources and complex integration across teams.
• Support the commercial program deal motion with pricing and strategy partners.
• Collaborate with sales, services, product, and cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and scale programs.
• Identify gaps, propose holistic solutions, and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Navigate and resolve blockers with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate leadership meetings and accelerate effectiveness across the organization.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Pricing, Strategy, and other stakeholders for custom elements.
• Lead projects to solve commercialization issues.
