Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of customer accountability for Signature deliverables and renewals.
• Cultivate relationships with executive sponsors and decision-makers.
• Advise on adoption of new Salesforce features and release timelines.
• Coordinate the Signature Success catalogue of services for customers.
• Advocate for customers during triage of high-severity cases and ensure timely resolutions.
