Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to serve as the primary contact for flagship accounts within Signature Success. You will safeguard customer outcomes by aligning business goals with Salesforce solutions, managing key events, and ensuring adoption of new features across the customer’s Salesforce ecosystem.

• Minimum 5+ years in Technical Customer Success, SaaS or project leadership.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills across org levels.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and events.

Responsabilidades

• Function as core SME for technical and operational needs of the customer.
• Own orchestration of Signature deliverables, experience, renewal and expansion.
• Cultivate relationships with customer IT and executive sponsors.
• Advise customers on Salesforce feature adoption and release impacts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management for success.
• Occasionally cover after-hours or weekend customer needs.
