Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Manager, Implementation to oversee customer-facing projects, coordinating implementation and testing of products and services for new and existing customers.

You will liaison between product, sales, and technical teams, manage implementation activities with customers and third parties, and guide data mapping and connectivity efforts to ensure successful integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or equivalent.
• Masters preferred.
• PMP-Certified is a plus.
• Extensive data processing standards and financial industry knowledge.
• Spanish & English required; Portuguese preferred.
• Experience with data mapping and connectivity projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and testing of products and services for new and existing customers.
• Provide technical support and knowledge of hardware, software, products and services.
• Liaise between Product, Customer Sales, and Technical/Managerial teams on implementations.
• Manage implementation activities with customers and third parties as needed.
• Oversee data mapping and connectivity exercises for requirements.
