You will coordinate implementation and testing for new and existing customers, and provide detailed technical support while participating in product development to ensure feasibility and efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or equivalent work experience.
• Masters preferred.
• PMP-Certified a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and testing of products and services for new and existing customers.
• Provide technical support and knowledge of hardware, software, products, and services; participate in product development to ensure feasibility and efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between Product, Customer Sales teams, Technical and Managerial staff for product implementation activities with Mastercard Customers or Processors.
• Act as overall manager of implementation activities with Mastercard Customers or Processors, including interfacing with third-parties as necessary.
