Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Specialist – Divisional Product for North LAC to shape product strategies that maximize market penetration and sustain performance of existing product lines across diverse market segments.

You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients, drive go-to-market plans, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps, aligning initiatives with business goals while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in product management, product development, and/or project management desirable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of GTM strategies and roadmaps to ensure maximum penetration of market segments.
• Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts.
• Gather and synthesize input from internal teams to design strategies aligned with client and market needs.
• Monitor business performance and customer experience; prepare regular client-facing reports to showcase product value and manage programs with operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and support opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas.
• Develop business cases and solution requirements, contributing to the launch of new Products with a strong focus on business growth.
• Leverage databases, dashboards, and reports to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business management.
