Mastercard in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Specialist – Divisional Product for CA&E in North LAC. You will help design product strategies to maximize market penetration while maintaining performance of existing lines and managing internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive business growth through customer acquisition and engagement initiatives across diverse market segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years related work experience, experience in financial services is a plus.
• Experience in product management, product development, and/or project management desirable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of GTM strategies and roadmaps to ensure maximum penetration of market segments.
• Conducts opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts.
• Gather and synthesize input from internal teams to design strategies aligned with client and market needs.
• Monitor business performance and customer experience; prepare regular client-facing reports to showcase product value and manage programs with operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and support opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas.
• Develop business cases and solution requirements, contributing to the launch of new Products with a strong focus on business growth.
• Leverage databases, dashboards, and reports to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business management.
