Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry-level Teller to support daily branch operations and client services. You will handle basic banking transactions, cash management, and assist clients with product referrals, while upholding Citi's service standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with procedures, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Training and a path to growth are provided within a collaborative branch team.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Money handling experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions, manage cash, deposits, and branch vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for Citi products based on client goals.
• Educate clients on Citi’s digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to policies, controls and regulations to safeguard assets and ensure security.
• Address client issues and escalate where needed while maintaining product knowledge.
