Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry‑level Teller in the Mexico branch to support daily client services and transaction processing. You will be the first contact for Citi clients, handling cash, deposits, and vault management while identifying opportunities to refer clients to additional products and services.

The role emphasizes accurate transaction processing, adherence to policies, and delivering an exceptional client experience. A high school diploma and strong communication are required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions, manage cash supply, deposits, and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities based on clients' financial goals and educate on digital/self-service tools.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures for safety of assets.
• Address client needs and escalate issues as needed, maintaining client accounts knowledge.
• Provide an exceptional client experience and assess risk with ethical judgment and compliance.
