The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, risk awareness, and strong customer communication. Training will cover Citi's products, digital tools, and compliance requirements to ensure superior service.

Formación

• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash and deposits.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day branch services and processing transactions.
• Serve as first point of contact and deliver a positive client experience.
• Identify referral opportunities based on clients' financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service offerings.
• Follow policies and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Manage client needs, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and product/services.
• Contribute to branch revenue through optimal client solutions.
