The Teller position at Citi in Cuautla is an entry-level role focused on delivering high-quality customer service while handling routine banking transactions. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling deposits, withdrawals, and cash, and supporting branch revenue through appropriate Citi product referrals.

We seek candidates with money handling experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

Formación

Previous relevant experience preferred.
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
Money handling experience.
Effective problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Serve as first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
Perform accurate banking transactions including cash handling, deposits, and branch vault management.
Identify referral opportunities for Citi products and services based on client goals.
Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
Escalate client issues as needed and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products to assist clients effectively.
Contribute to exceptional client experience and meet defined metrics.
Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
