Formación

• 1 year relevant experience or more.
• Experience working in branch services.
• Proficiency with MS Office and web tools.
• Experience in selling financial products.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Citi clients with opening and managing accounts.
• Process transactions at teller window or via mobile platform.
• Educate clients on Citi products and services.
• Build rapport to develop banking relationships and grow revenue.
• Support branch supervision in managers' absence.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and meet performance metrics.
• Adhere to risk, compliance, and ethical guidelines in daily decisions.
