• Previous relevant experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient customer service.
• Perform accurate banking transactions, manage branch cash supply, deposits, and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for Citi products based on client goals.
• Educate clients on Citi digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to policies and controls to ensure client and asset safety.
• Address client needs and manage issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences measured by performance metrics.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards; report control issues.
