Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Channel Solution Engineer in Mexico City to work with partner account managers across the sales lifecycle. You will present AvePoint solutions, conduct discovery, and support pre-sales activities to win deals.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and cloud technologies, plus outstanding customer-facing skills. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT, engineering, or related field; 10+ years of tech exposure acceptable.
• Strong English, Spanish for Mexico and Portuguese for Brazil proficiencies.
• Experience presenting to partners and customers in a consultative sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations of AvePoint solutions to partners and customers.
• Lead discovery sessions, round out proofs of concept and demos.
• Collaborate with partner account managers across the sales lifecycle.
• Write proposals and support RFIs/RFPs with technical clarity.
