Confidential Client in Mexico City seeks an experienced Marketing Director to lead brand development and customer acquisition for the Mexican market. You will align local strategies with global objectives and oversee campaigns, agencies, and performance metrics.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing marketing team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving commercial growth in a fast-paced fintech environment. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or related discipline.
• Mexican national.
• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership or director-level responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies, brand development, and commercial growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and external agency partners.
• Background in FinTech, Digital Lending, Financial Services, Digital Banking, Technology, E-commerce, or high-growth consumer businesses is highly preferred.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand management, performance marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance in regulated industries is an advantage.
• Excellent executive leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap for the Mexico market.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, public relations, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to support business expansion and customer acquisition.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization while establishing performance objectives and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, creative vendors, and strategic marketing partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, budgets, and ROI to maximize business impact.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, operations, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategies.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable financial advertising regulations and industry compliance standards.
