Job summary

ProTrans International is seeking a Carrier Management Representative to oversee partner carriers via the Carrier Scorecard and onboarding calls. This role requires developing training materials, delivering presentations, and monitoring communications with carriers.

You will evaluate carrier performance, ensure adherence to ProTrans standards, and travel within Mexico as needed. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication abilities with teaching duties.

• Experience using web-based BI tools to identify trends.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Ability to travel internationally (US, Canada, Mexico) up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update carrier scorecard training materials.
• Deliver written and oral presentations as needed.
• Monitor email for documents and questions from carriers.
• Evaluate carriers using the scorecard and provide feedback.
• Ensure carriers follow ProTrans standards.
• Travel to carrier sites in Mexico as needed.
• Lead carrier management team through training and daily communications.
• Manage expenses within company guidelines.
• Identify and implement improvements for carrier performance.
