Job summary

ProTrans International Holdings in Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to manage transactional work on accounts, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and drive supply chain improvements that enhance the customer experience.

You will lead daily operations with TL and LTL carriers, support border crossing, expedite shipments, resolve plant issues, and ensure timely reporting and billing in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with TL and LTL carriers to confirm pickups and deliveries and perform check calls in ProTrans’ TMS System.
• Facilitate border crossing operations with Border Crossing team and notify customers about deviations at the border.
• Arrange expedite shipment needs and coordinate with Expedited team.
• Assist customer plants with daily operational issue resolution.
• Elevate service level issues to Operations Manager.
• Communicate holiday schedules and internal adjustments to customers.
• Ensure customers are aware of any performance exceptions and delays.
• Distribute reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) as required.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to secure timely billing.
