Job summary

Between Technology is seeking a Senior Service Operations Manager to own the quote-to-cash cycle for US and LATAM, coordinating contracts, renewals and invoicing.

You will use CPQ tools, manage SOWs, provide regional sales support, and ensure smooth operations with Excel/Power BI.

This is a 100% remote permanent role in Mexico with salary 27,000–31,000 MXN gross per month and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and managing service contracts and SOWs.
• Proven ability to track activations, renewals and invoice requests.
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes and regional sales support.
• Strong Excel/BI tooling for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and pricing for service contracts using CPQ tools.
• Draft and manage contracts, statements of work (SOWs) and amendments.
• Track new contract activations and manage renewals.
• Coordinate with onboarding and invoicing teams.
• Follow up on past-due accounts with Credit & Collection team.
• Support sales reps and regional teams to ensure smooth quote-to-cash.
• Manage regional contract portfolio and report weekly forecast.
• Maintain and improve operational tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI).
• Daily use of advanced English.

We are looking for a Senior Service Operations Manager to join the Business Operations team of a global technology company. The business runs on an "as a service" model: customers have the equipment on site and pay based on usage.

In this role, you will own the commercial cycle from quote to cash for US and LATAM. You will turn sales opportunities into active service contracts and make sure they run smoothly through their whole lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes and pricing for service contracts using CPQ tools (Microsoft Dynamics, DealHub or similar).
• Draft and manage service contracts, statements of work (SOWs) and amendments.
• Track new contract activations and manage renewals.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team and request invoicing of contract SKUs.
• Follow up on past-due accounts with the Credit & Collection team.
• Support sales representatives and the regional Sales and Category teams so that the quote-to-cash process runs smoothly.
• Manage a regional contract portfolio and report the weekly forecast.
• Maintain and improve operational tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI).
• Daily use of advanced English.
