BETWEEN Group is seeking a Senior Service Operations Manager to join the Business Operations team. The role focuses on managing quotes, contracts, activations, invoicing, and renewals for a regional portfolio, with heavy cross-functional collaboration across sales and onboarding teams.

Private sector clients expect accurate pricing, robust CPQ processes, and reliable reporting. The position offers 100% remote work from anywhere in Mexico and requires fluent English and advanced Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or Contract/Order Management in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with the full quote-to-cash cycle (quotes, contracts, activations and invoicing).
• Experience with CRM/CPQ tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, DealHub or similar).
• Advanced Excel.
• Fluent English (Advanced or higher), spoken and written, for daily interaction with US and international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotes and pricing for service contracts using CPQ tools (Microsoft Dynamics, DealHub or similar).
• Draft and manage service contracts, statements of work (SOWs) and amendments.
• Track new contract activations and manage renewals.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team and request invoicing of contract SKUs.
• Follow up on past-due accounts with the Credit & Collection team.
• Support sales representatives and the regional Sales and Category teams so that the quote-to-cash process runs smoothly.
• Manage a regional contract portfolio and report the weekly forecast.
• Maintain and improve operational tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI).
• Daily use of advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and pricing for service contracts using CPQ tools (Microsoft Dynamics, DealHub or similar).
• Draft and manage service contracts, statements of work (SOWs) and amendments.
• Track new contract activations and manage renewals.

Conditions

• Permanent contract.
• 100% remote work from anywhere in Mexico (A valid work permit is mandatory).
• Salary aligned with experience and the market, ranging from 27,000 to 31,000 MXN gross/month.
• Flexible working hours.

Requirements

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or Contract/Order Management in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with the full quote-to-cash cycle (quotes, contracts, activations and invoicing).
• Experience with CRM/CPQ tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, DealHub or similar).
• Advanced Excel.
• Fluent English (Advanced or higher), spoken and written, for daily interaction with US and international teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a large portfolio of accounts with tight deadlines.
• Based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription, as-a-service or leasing business models.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira or Power BI.
• Experience with billing and collections processes.
• Background in technology or industrial equipment.
