Job summary

Between Technology in Mexico is seeking a Senior Service Operations Manager to own the quote-to-cash cycle for US and LATAM, converting opportunities into active service contracts and ensuring smooth lifecycle management.

You will prepare quotes using CPQ tools, draft contracts and SOWs, track activations and renewals, coordinate onboarding, and maintain operational tools with Excel, Smartsheet and Power BI, with daily advanced English.

Qualifications

• Experience handling quotes, contracts, and SOWs within a service model.
• Ability to manage renewals, activations and invoicing workflows.
• Proficient with CPQ tools and Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Strong Excel, Smartsheet and Power BI skills for reporting.
• Fluent English required for daily use.

We are looking for a Senior Service Operations Manager to join the Business Operations team of a global technology company. The business runs on an "as a service" model: customers have the equipment on site and pay based on usage.

In this role, you will own the commercial cycle from quote to cash for US and LATAM. You will turn sales opportunities into active service contracts and make sure they run smoothly through their whole lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes and pricing for service contracts using CPQ tools (Microsoft Dynamics, DealHub or similar).
• Draft and manage service contracts, statements of work (SOWs) and amendments.
• Track new contract activations and manage renewals.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team and request invoicing of contract SKUs.
• Follow up on past-due accounts with the Credit & Collection team.
• Support sales representatives and the regional Sales and Category teams so that the quote-to-cash process runs smoothly.
• Manage a regional contract portfolio and report the weekly forecast.
• Maintain and improve operational tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI).
• Daily use of advanced English.
