Job summary

Between Technology in Mexico is seeking a Senior Service Operations Manager to own the quote-to-cash cycle for US and LATAM, converting opportunities into active service contracts and ensuring smooth lifecycle management.

You will prepare quotes using CPQ tools, draft contracts and SOWs, track activations and renewals, coordinate onboarding, and maintain operational tools with Excel, Smartsheet and Power BI, with daily advanced English.

Qualifications

• Experience handling quotes, contracts, and SOWs within a service model.
• Ability to manage renewals, activations and invoicing workflows.
• Proficient with CPQ tools and Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Strong Excel, Smartsheet and Power BI skills for reporting.
• Fluent English required for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Own the quote-to-cash cycle for US and LATAM.
• Prepare quotes and pricing for service contracts using CPQ tools.
• Draft and manage service contracts, SOWs, and amendments.
• Track contract activations and renewals.
• Coordinate onboarding and invoicing of contract SKUs.
• Support sales and regional teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Maintain regional contract portfolio and weekly forecast.
• Maintain tools like Excel, Smartsheet and Power BI.
