The role focuses on leveraging AE loyalty programs, performing fast, accurate transactions, and offering fashion guidance to customers. Prior retail experience is preferred, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and sales leadership.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of all AE loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Leverage tools and technology to provide product knowledge, engage customers and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees through knowledge sharing and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks based on individual style and trends.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations; label and place damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, replenishment while maintaining SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with focus on satisfaction; escalate with store leadership as needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
