The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; you will handle register sales, stock, and knowledge of loyalty programs to drive daily goals.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Utilize store tools to provide product knowledge and enhance engagement.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Suggest looks and trends to customers based on individual style.
• Drive brand awareness for AE and Aerie through cross-channel interactions.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately in line with cash handling procedures.
• Restock and organize merchandise, and manage backroom SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
