Job summary

Nobl Q, Inc. is seeking a bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager (Spanish) to drive enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The role requires strong PM skills, ServiceNow knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver successful ServiceNow solutions.

*Location Requirement: Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and currently reside in Mexico City, Mexico or the USA

Qualifications

• Experience leading ServiceNow projects end-to-end.
• Strong English and Spanish communication.
• Residence in Mexico City, Mexico or California, USA.
• Experience with ITSM modules on ServiceNow.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across regions.
• Experience in Agile and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow functional solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and organizational objectives.
• Track project milestones, KPIs, and delivery metrics with regular status reporting.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
• Drive continuous process improvement and optimization of ServiceNow workflows.
• Support deployment of ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.
